Process of nomination

Competent candidates from each and every strata and corner of Maharashtra across 14 categories with the details of their achievements and career have been recommended by our editorial board and listed as possible nominees.

Selection

Senior Lokmat editors measure each candidate in the potential nominee list against a clear criteria and thus finalise five nominees for each category. The criteria against which nominees are appraised are: A. Impact on society B. Innovation in work C. Proven capability for problem-solving and overcoming challenges in difficult circumstances
